Hi, I’m Gaz, founder and Head Coach here at GazBFit.
I specialise in getting people from where they are now, to exactly where they want to be. I achieve this by using a flexible dieting approach and a progressive overload training method, so you can just call me the middleman.
I’m a firm believer that you shouldn’t have to choose between being fit and having a ‘life’. Why can’t we just have both??
Having previously worked in the mining industry for many years, I understand the need for having balance in your life and why it’s so important to find a happy medium in everything we do.
I also understand the importance of time, while working in the mining industry, we worked 12 hours days and had little free time for a phone call let alone a 2hr gym session. So that is why you will find my program time efficient and very effective.
I’m very flexible with my approach in both terms of training and nutrition and work closely with my client to ensure their plans are tailored to their lifestyle.
No two goals are the same, so either should their plans be.
Consistency is key in everything we do, that is why it’s so important to have a plan suited to your lifestyle and not the opposite way around.
