They say a picture is worth a thousand words, for me this picture is worth a million more!
Lost for words is an understatement, you watch figures change week on week but until you see it visually you just don’t understand the effort she really has put in.
This picture sums up the hard work, dedication and consistency that Linda has put in since she started her fitness journey.
She has dropped over 50kg, yes 50 and has changed her life completely!
No magic tricks, no demonising of food groups, no detox tea, juice cleanse or what ever the latest craze that guarantees you weight loss.
She did this by working her ass off, understanding food, macros and how to eat to fuel your goal. She used a flexible approach and kept in foods she enjoyed and made her diet hers. She has been consistent with everything she did to the point where she was even dropping the exact same weight week on week like clockwork!
I couldn’t be more proud of her and I’m very excited to be a part of the next phase of her journey!
Ollie first contacted me while Melbourne was in lockdown, like most he was unhappy with his current weight and body comp and knew he needed to change!
With his basic home gym set up we got to work on his weight-loss goal! Week after week went by but unlike his measurements (which where dropping at an incredible rate) his weight just would not budge!
For most this one have been the deciding factor in pulling the plug and accepting their fate but for Ollie although disappointed he took it in his stride, trusted the process and continued to put the work in week in week out.
Over the last 29 weeks he has dropped an incredible 15cm from his chest, 17cm from his waist and 22.5cm from his hips and has even seen some great growth in his arms and legs!
As amazing as the above is, the increased confidence that I’ve seen has been nothing short of amazing, it’s literally Iike I’m working with a different person!
From the get go he has been an ideal client, who has given it everything week in, week out!
From sending regular videos for feedback on his form, to leaving detailed notes in his workouts he has just been brilliant and is getting to results to showcase the hard work he has put in!
Lar first approached me after using my eBook the art of flexible dieting after he had been dieting on chicken and broccoli diet for a upcoming fight and just couldn’t handle it anymore. From using my book Lar increased his muscle mass while staying comfortably within his weight class. Unfortunately like many do, Lar slipped back into old drinking and eating habits and felt he needed to change.
Not letting covid stop him we kicked off together in April with a simple plan of getting Lar into better shape then he was for his fight. For weeks on end Lar completed his home workouts and nailed his nutrition while taking part in all the Facebook group challenges!
Lar was happy enough to continue with his home workouts but opted to join a gym instead. From here he really picked up the pace and started to accelerate his results!
We opted for a little diet break while he went on holidays and Lar continued with his new lifestyle choice and kept active while he was away.
Once he got back we pushed quite hard to get Lar into a lean enough position so that we could look to enter into a gaining phase in the perfect position!
And I think it’s fair to say he has most definitely achieved that!
The results of 20 weeks of consistency and hard work speak for themselves.
A perfect example of having every reason to quit and not taking anyone of them.
Not only does John work in shutdowns (mining), where you go from site to site and job to job practical living out of a suitcase with no idea where you’ll be next week let alone if the site will have a gym or what kind of food they will be serving but he did it under the added stress of covid.
We started off strong but like everybody, a spanner was thrown in the works with the closures of gyms and with the pre-packing of meals on-site meant the uphill task seemed to get a little more steep. For most people, it would have been the perfect excuse to throw in the towel but not for John.
Instead, he quickly located some old dumbbells, made a bench out of a tv cabinet and brought straps and bands to site where he turned he’s little donga into a little home gym!
He’s meal prep went next level using bottle tops as supplement holders to ensure he was hitting his targets on site.
His dedication has been next level, losing just over 20kg in the just over 20 weeks
From skinny kid to lean machine.
Gary & myself have been working together pretty much since day one and his results speak for himself!
The level of commitment and dedication his shows week in week in is on another level, especially considering he is only 19.
Its been amazing watching his journey and development and excited to see what the future holds for this kid!

Matt first approached me after he seen his good mate John completely change his physique and lifestyle. Being Fifo and in a similar position to how John was, John encouraged Matt to reach out to me so he could get going on his own fitness journey!
Like most, Matt had being doing so well until covid came and knocked him for six! After the initial lockdown Matt struggled to find the motivation to get back into his training and unfortunately found the himself in the unwanted position of gaining fat and not being too happy with his physique.
After a brief chat I was buzzing to get Matt on board as he had some really big goals in mind and I knew he would be a great fit for the team
Matt took to tracking like a fish to water and went from having never tracked before to being a pro in pretty much a week, pretty much nailing each macro each day!
Because of Matt’s experience pre covid I knew we could push hard on his diet and get him into this position pretty quick. In just under 11 weeks Matt has lost an incredible 13.9kg, dropped from approx 27% bodyfat to 15%, lost 22cm from his waist and amazing 15.5cm from his hips.
Matt’s progress has been nothing short of incredible, from being the first check-in to reach my inbox on a Thursday to being 99% adherent week in week out and he has the results so far to show off all the hard work he has put in!
It hasn’t been easy for Matt, working a 2:1 roster in mining 12hr shifts in 40 degree heat with a basic gym and pretty poor quality food choices but he has adapted where needed, brought food from home and made things work.
It’s only the beginning, big push now to get as lean as possible for a upcoming photoshoot!

I was lucky enough to have meet Jake when I first started mining and from that he ended up being my first online client 💪🏻.
When Jake first start with me, he was over 140kg
Now we have him down hovering over the 90kg mark and only for a big set back with his eye we would be well under the 90kg
Jakes transformation has been next level, not only has he changed he’s whole appearance he has also changed his whole lifestyle. Going from a pie and rum and coke kinda guy to a diet rum and coke and protein kind of guy and has even found a new life for fresh veggies!
Yes he diet has changed but he still gets to enjoy nights out with the boys and enjoyable meals with the flexible dieting approach he has pretty much mastered
Jakes journey hasn’t been a walk in the park. Jake works in mining and works shut downs and for those of you who don’t know that means 12hrs days in the baking Austrian desert and a camp life that’s pretty much less then ideal. He goes for site to site pretty much leaving out of a suitcase until he gets to come home.
Jake could have quite easily accepted his faith, camp food is deep fried and full of pies and alternating healthy options are hard to come by. Everything is deep fried and poor quality and to make good food choices is a constant battle specially walking past the dessert table every night.
Jake had every reason and excuse not to get fit and healthy but instead he found his why, he asked for help and 4 2 solid years each and every Friday he checked in. His work and determination have been next level and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of such a top bloke.
The results of 12 weeks of consistency and hard work speak for themselves.
I’d love to take the credit for this one but unfortunately it’s all down to the main man himself.
Mutchy hasn’t had it easy, he works fifo in mining in the middle of the Australian Desert, travels from site to site managing shutdowns which means 12hr shifts in 40+ temperatures. Camp life is hard at the best of times especially not having a permanent one to call home, where you could at least get into some kind of routine.
Camp quality is well, let’s just say some people would prefer a prison and the less said about the food quality is probably the better.
After messing up his ankle quite badly recently and mining he had every reason to accept the outcome and not make the change.
Instead week in week out he get himself to the gym, makes the best of the food that he gets and continues to impress me each and every week.
If you looking for inspiration he is your man. The effort he puts in is just next level.
Jonathan reached out to me as he was looking to drop some body fat and add some lean muscle mass to his frame.
After a chat about his goal, we decided it would be best to jump straight in a mini cut to drop some body fat and put him in a prime position to start adding some size to his frame.
After 6 week initial diet phase and over 5kg of fat dropped we are know in a perfect position to increase food and look to start adding that size.
His 6 week transformation has been brilliant. He has went from not having a great deal of training or nutrition knowledge to nailing every aspect of it!
For the first 3 weeks he worked on his form until it was perfect, adding exercise videos to every workout he did and implemented any feedback I gave him. No box was left unticked
As team members come he has been a dream to work with and the 6 weeks transformation sums up the dedication and commitment to his goal!
He has even become one of these people who willingly go to the gym at stupid o clock in the morning.
The next few weeks are going to see some exciting changes happening as we push up carbs and increase his training by adding an extra day!
Unbelievable work over the past 12 weeks from Thomas.
Have things been easy?? Most definitely not. Not only does Thomas work night shift but all of this has been achieved with a minimal home gym setup and while been stuck in lockdown back in Ireland!
Over the past 12 weeks Thomas has lost over 7.5kg, he has had his waist circumference drop by an amazing 20cm and his hips circumference following suit by dropping an incredible 12cm.
Not only has he seen these amazing weight and measurements drop but he has increased his overall lean body mass by over 4kg.
As great as the above has is, the change in his confidence and self belief has been one of the biggest victories I’ve seen!
He has went from struggling with exercises to nailing them and even adding in more reps through pure determination and for the me the single leg hip thrust pretty much sums up his journey so far.
He has gone from struggling to finish one set of 12 to nailing sets and even adding in extra weight.
His dedication to the goal has unquestionable and his been one of the most consistent team members to date!
